1. Acceptance
By accessing or using WorldX, you agree to these Terms.
2. Platform Nature
WorldX is a technology platform that connects users with:
– Travel services (flights, hotels, cars)
– Marketplace listings (home, car, food exchange/rent/buy)
We are not a travel provider, carrier, or accommodation owner.
3. AI-Driven Services
WorldX uses AI to:
– Recommend travel options
– Automate booking workflows
AI outputs:
– May not be accurate, complete, or current
– Must be independently verified by users
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
– Provide accurate information
– Verify booking details before confirmation
– Comply with applicable laws
5. Marketplace Transactions
Transactions between users and vendors are direct. WorldX:
– Does not own listed assets
– Does not guarantee vendor performance
6. Payments
Payments are processed via third-party providers. WorldX is not responsible for:
– Payment failures
– Financing approvals (BNPL)
7. Service Fees
WorldX may charge fixed or variable service fees. These may be non-refundable.
8. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
– Engage in fraud or misrepresentation
– Circumvent platform fees
– Abuse AI or automation systems
9. Third-Party Services
We integrate with external providers (e.g., travel APIs, Uber). We are not liable for their actions or failures.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
– WorldX is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
– Liability is limited to fees paid to the platform
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify WorldX from claims arising from your use of the platform.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
13. Governing Law
Ontario, Canada.
14. Dispute Resolution
Disputes may be resolved through arbitration or courts in Ontario.
